The ERG Handbook and Companion Workbook are available on Amazon.
Thank you for creating this much-needed book and providing an opportunity for me to learn how to be more effective as an ERG leader. I plan to have our groups work on these exercises to maximize our effectiveness and create clearer goals that align with our mission and vision. -

What is truly extraordinary about Aimee is her level of both intellectual and emotional intelligence which afford her an ability to remain composed, charming, and thoughtful regardless of who she is interacting with or level of complexity or conflict. She’s bright, ambitious, and a wonderfully pleasant person to be around who knows how to assess, lead, and transform individuals and organizations of any size with confidence and grace. Simply put, Aimee is extraordinary.
I began working with Aimee in 2013. I wanted to expand my involvement with employee networks and was asked to work with the newly formed LGBT Ally Program…. a program that has won awards and continues to be recognized both internally and externally. Aimee has spent time helping other companies replicate what she did, providing insight and lessons. She brings her passion to everything she does. One of the most rewarding experiences of my long career has been this program.
The Launch Bootcamp was a good class. I enjoyed the interaction with others. The written materials are very well put together, and I will definitely use them. Aimee did a good job of keeping quiet people engaged.
As a woman of Color, I felt Aimee really understood the struggle and challenges of working in D&I. She was able to address and give advice to all of our different situations in the workplace. She has a very pleasant and friendly personality. I hope to see her again in another workshop.
