The Ally Ambassador Program:

Create roles in your ERGs or organization for Ally Ambassadors and enroll them in the Inclusive Space’s Ally Ambassador Program.

Ally Ambassadors will receive:

Train the Trainer: Training in delivering Inclusive Space’s ABCs of Allyship content, enabling them to share it across their own organization. Certification to facilitate Ally Activation Circles.

Resource Toolkit: A collection of tools and resources to assist in recruiting and training allies.

Community Support: Access to a community of Ally Ambassadors sharing experiences, strategies, and best practices while fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.

Take Allyship to the Next Level with Ally Activation Circles

The Ally Activation Circle Framework is designed to educate, foster empathy, and empower allies to become proactive advocates for justice in their communities and workplaces. Ally Activation Circles (AACs) focus on a specific dimension of diversity (ex., LGBTQ+, Women, Black, Hispanic, Women as Allies for Other Women, etc.) AACs meet once per week for 60 minutes for a total of four weeks

Ally Ambassadors will be empowered to contribute significantly to their ERGs’ or organization’s mission by engaging allies using the

• ABCs of Allyship - Awareness, Advocate, Backer, and Champion

• Ally Activation Circles - Education, Empathy, and Empowerment.
