Inclusive Space’s Ally Ambassador Program focuses on creating and empowering allyship across your organization.

Train the Trainer: Certification to deliver Inclusive Space’s ABCs of Allyship content and facilitate Ally Activation Circle(s).

Resources:  Access to ABCs of Allyship content and facilitation guides for Ally Activation Circle(s).

Community Support: Access to a community of Ally Ambassadors sharing experiences, strategies, and best practices while fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.

The Ally Activation Circle Framework is designed to educate, foster empathy, and empower allies to become proactive advocates for justice in their communities and workplaces. Ally Activation Circles (AACs) focus on a specific dimension of diversity (e.g., LGBTQ+, Women, Black, Hispanic, Women as Allies for Other Women). AACs meet once per week for 60 minutes for a total of four weeks.
