The ERG Ally Ambassador (EAA) Program:

Create a role in your ERG for an Ally Ambassador and enroll them in the ERG Ally Ambassador Program.

ERG Ally Ambassadors will receive:

Train the Trainer: Participants will be trained in delivering the ABCs of Allyship content to enable them to deliver this within their own organization.

Resource Toolkit: A collection of tools and resources to assist in recruiting and training allies.

Community Support: Acess to a community of EAAs sharing experiences, strategies, and best practices, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.

ERG Ally Ambassadors will be empowered to contribute significantly to their ERG’s mission through recruitment, training, and engagement with allies.
