Our mission is to support and create Inclusive Spaces at work and in the world through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and allyship. ERGs serve as catalysts for transformation and for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment. With our cutting-edge ERG Progression Roadmap of Launch, Grow, and Thrive, we have successfully empowered countless leaders, equipping them with the necessary skills to create thriving ERGs.

Allyship is a critical component in creating safe and Inclusive Spaces. Through our Ally Ambassador Program and Ally Activation Circles, we foster education, empathy, and empowerment for real, impactful allyship. Together, we can revolutionize the world, igniting a wave of inclusive spaces that will transcend boundaries and propel positive change.

Meet Aimee K. Broadhurst, Founder of Inclusive Space. She equips Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders with the knowledge and tools to balance their paid jobs with their passion jobs. Aimee has over 15 years of experience working with ERGs, their leaders, and Executive Sponsors. She served for over eight years in various ERG leadership roles, including co-leading an LGBTQ+ ERG for four years. She is widely recognized as an ERG expert and allyship advocate.

Aimee is a sought-after teacher, facilitator, and speaker. She is the author of The ERG Handbook—Everything You Wanted to Know About Employee Resource Groups But Didn’t Know Who to Ask and The ERG Handbook Companion Workbook. She and her team at Inclusive Space have trained thousands of leaders to Launch, Grow, and Thrive their ERGS.

In addition to working with ERG leaders, Aimee is a passionate ally and an expert in developing and training allies to drive impact, as well as launching Allyship Programs.

Aimee enjoys singing and playing her dulcimer, reading, watching crime TV and documentaries, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
