Educational Opportunities

It’s important for ERG leaders and members to have access to educational opportunities. Inclusive Space can deliver educational sessions to leadership teams or to ERG members onsite or virtually. Some of our most popular sessions include:

Leaders lead with confidence.  Learn how you can choose confidence and elevate your leadership and your ERG. 

Allies are some of the most powerful voices in the fight for equality. Learn how to become an Advocate, Backer and Champion for your LGBTQ+ teammates and community. 

Learn basic terms and the hurdles of being bi-sexual and out at work or in the world….and no being bi is not about confusion, a phase or trying to play for both teams. 

This course focuses on understanding what being transgender really means and real ways to be a better ally for transgender teammates and the community. 

We believe that most men want to be better allies but aren’t sure how. Men, learn how to be better allies. Women, learn what you can do to empower men to be better allies for you.

Former Secretary of State Madeline Albright once said, “There is a special place in hell for women you don’t support other women.” Don’t want to go there then this course is for you.

Allies of all types are powerful voices for inclusion. Learn how allies can help your ERGs become more inclusive and more impactful in creating Inclusive Space at work.
